Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be in original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at customersupport@kythestudio.com.au. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, returns may be accepted. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Customers must ensure items are securely packed for return. Damaged returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Pre-ordered items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
